1 The customer is fully responsible for entering the correct details onto the ordering system. Proofing of the stationery can only take place online. It is not possible for weddinginvites4u.co.uk to supply any printed version of the stationery for proofing. On the completion of the order process and payment transaction, the customer accepts the legal responsibility of having fully proofed all stationery ordered and agrees that the vendor will print the ordered package.

2 Once the customer has completed the order process and formally placed the order no cancellation of goods can be accepted. If, on delivery, the customer refuses to accept the goods, the customer will be responsible for the cost of two-way carriage of the goods in addition to the cost of the goods ordered.

3 Total prices calculated on our website are inclusive of VAT charges, postage and packaging. This may be revised without further notice at any time.

4 Weddinginvites4u.co.uk is not accountable for loss of profit arising from non-delivery of goods due to late delivery of goods due to strike action, war, natural disasters or any other unforeseen events.

5 Orders are accepted subject to the availability of the goods required.

6 Weddinginvites4u.co.uk will undertake to send out your order (subject to availability) within 10 working days of receipt of the order.

7 If the customer finds any of the supplied goods to be defective, they must notify weddinginvites4u.co.uk within 3 days of receipt.

8 We recommend that all goods be signed for on delivery. Unless goods are signed for and the customer reports any loss or shortage of order or damage within the time stated in point 7, weddinginvites4u.co.uk cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever.

9 We will always try to keep carriage charges at a minimum, however it may occasionally be necessary to make additional charges.

10 Weddinginvites4u.co.uk reserves the right to improve product ranges, change pricing and withdraw any items from sale without prior notice.

11 Payment: We are currently only able to accept payment online and
only with Visa or Mastercard in UK Sterling. It is not possible to accept any other currencies or methods of payment.

12 Weddinginvites4u.co.uk endeavours to produce stationery as close as possible to the description stated on the website. The customer accepts that items with the stationery package may occasionally vary in size and colour.

13 Weddinginvites4u.co.uk is not responsible for variations in the colours shown on individual computer screens.

14 Occasionally we will use examples of correspondence between the company and the customer to illustrate our service to the general public. We reserve the right to publish any customer comments submitted to us..
